You’re Not Too Late. You’re Just On Fire

Last week, I wrote about joy—the kind you choose on purpose, even in the middle of the chaos. But today, I want to talk about a different kind of power.

The kind that doesn’t smile through pain. The kind that doesn’t stay silent. The kind that doesn’t apologize anymore.

This power came from a moment at my dinner table.

We were eating together as a family when one of my twins asked a question that caught me off guard:

"Are you and Daddy in love?"

We both smiled and said, “Yes!”
Then they added, “Then you should kiss on the lips!” 😅

And for a moment, I froze.
Not because of the kiss.
But because behind that innocent question
 something inside me shifted.

It reminded me of everything I’ve held back.
Everything I’ve sacrificed.

And how much I’ve been craving more freedom, more respect, more visibility—not just in my marriage, but in my life.

I didn’t cry—not right away. But I felt it. The heat. The sting. The shame.

It wasn’t about that one moment—it was about every moment that had come before.

Every time I bit my tongue.
Every time I made myself smaller.
Every time I was doubted, dismissed, or just
 unseen.

And right there, sitting across from my children, I thought:
I don’t want them to see me like this anymore.
I don’t want them to grow up thinking this is normal.

I’ve worked my whole life.
Lifted my family from poverty.
Been the one who made it out, made it successful, made it inspiring.
I’ve smiled in the spotlight even when I was breaking inside.

And even now—after all of it—I still find myself having to prove that what I’m building is real.

That my business is real.
That my dreams are not a phase.
That I don’t need to choose between motherhood and money, between family and freedom.

That I am allowed to want more.

And from that moment
 came FIRE.

I didn’t just cry that night.

I wrote.

I wrote my anger, my grief, my story, and my power into a single page.
I called it the "FIRE Manifesto".

Because that’s what I realized: I’m not angry. I’m awake.

The FIRE VIP Day: Built From the Ashes

It’s not just strategy.

It’s not just funnels or content calendars or visibility tactics.

This is "sacred work". It’s story work. Power work. It’s visibility from the inside out.

Here’s what we do in your VIP Day:

1. F: FUEL – We uncover your truth. Your story. Your lived fire.
2. I: IDENTITY – We shape your unapologetic message and visual voice.

And yes, we do this in ONE transformative day—with 30 days of follow-up support.

This is for the woman who’s done being overlooked.

3 Mompreneur Tips to Rekindle Your Inner Fire

You don’t need a dramatic dinner table moment to start reclaiming your dreams. Here are three practical steps I’ve learned—and share with moms like you—to spark that fire today:

  • Pause for Five Minutes
Yes, I know—five minutes feels like a luxury when you’ve got small kids. But grab a coffee, lock the bathroom door, and ask: What’s one dream I’ve shelved? Write it down. That’s your starting line.
  • Say No Without Guilt
You don’t have to volunteer for every bake sale or take every client. Protect your energy for what lights you up—your business, your kids, yourself.
  • Find Your People
Surround yourself with mompreneurs who get it. Swap war stories, share wins, and hold each other accountable. (Pssst—my Tuesday newsletter is a great place to start connecting!)

These aren’t just tips—they’re lifelines. And they’re the kind of clarity I bring to the FIRE VIP Day.

You’re Not Behind—You’re Right on Time

Here’s what that dinner taught me: You’re not too late to chase your dreams. You’re not “behind” because you’ve been raising tiny humans or building a business in the margins. You’re exactly where you need to be—with a fire ready to light your path forward.

For me, that path led to creating a space where mompreneurs like you can stop hiding and start shining. If you’re ready to reclaim your voice, your value, and your vision, I’m here to help.
